What payment types does Pompey Parson’s Classic Games accept?

We accept payments via Paypal, Money Order and Check. Please note not that for all checks your games will not ship until the check has cleared.

How much does shipping cost?

US Shipping for video games is $5.00 via Priority Mail. Each additional game ships for $1.00 More.

With accessories and consoles it depends and the size and the weight as they vary.

How often do you ship your games out?

We ship games daily. (Monday-Saturday)

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most times it will take your order 2-3 business days to arrive.

What does your grading scale mean?

Most of us have been to school at some point in our lives so we’re familiar with letter grades. A of course being the best and E being the worst. This method of grading we’ve found to be the simplest and most straight forward.

A (Near Mint. No scratches, rips, creases, bends etc.)

A-

B+

B (Very Good. Minimal scratches, rips, creases, bends etc.) (

B-

C+

C (Good. Visible scratches, rips, creases, bends etc.)

C-

D+

D (Fair. Many scratches, rips, creases, bends etc.

D-

E (Poor. Severe scratches, rips, creases, bends etc.)

What is Pompey Parson’s return policy?

Every purchase is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with a purchase you can return the item within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

When do you respond to emails?

Emails are responded to promptly on a daily basis. Each email you send us will be responded to within 24 hours and most of the time much quicker.
